    Mar 2024 – Present

    Blockchain engineering services and venture studio for L2 ecosystems and financial institutions

    • Owned the Matter Labs (ZKsync) engagement end-to-end for +2 years as primary contact for their CTO and CPO: 4 renewals, a 9-engineer team, 8 projects delivered with ~$3M in contract value, and three OpenZeppelin audits coordinated.
    • Since Jul 2026, leading delivery in the Canton ecosystem. Currently working on our first approved Git-based DAR resolution dev-fund grant, researching opportunities and building an institutional vaults product.
    • Led product delivery of Prividium, an Ethereum-secured stack for institutions that need privacy, permissioning, and compliance controls. Adopted by institutions such as Deutsche Bank and the Cari Network (US regional banks) and integrated with institutional infrastructure such as BitGo and Okta.
    • Led delivery of foundry-zksync, a ZKsync flavor fork of Foundry with zkEVM support. Kept in sync with upstream at ~2 merges a week: 350+ GitHub stars, adopted by Aave, EtherFi, Sophon and others.
    • Led the UBS Tokenized Gold proof of concept on a validium chain (the first public UBS test of ZK rollup technology), plus initiatives across chain deployment (zkstack CLI), smart accounts and account recovery (ZKsync SSO), and governance security (GovAuth for the Security Council; transaction simulation for protocol upgrades).

    Oct 2022 – Mar 2024

    Institutional crypto lending and collateral management platform for trading desks and lenders

    • Led the OTC Lending and Collateral Management products, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle and handling the first +$1B in loan bookings through the platform.
    • Championed the first institutional client onboarding to the platform, delivering solution architecture and client support to meet diverse stakeholders' needs.

  3. Product ManagerCrack The Code

    Mar 2021 – Oct 2022

    Coding EdTech for kids across Latin America, backed by Kaszek and Google for Startups

    • Supported CEO in closing $2.7M seed round with product diligence and roadmap materials.
    • Scaled product to 2.5x YoY revenue, expanding into 3 new countries via new product lines, automated ops, and localized payment gateways.
    • Built and led a 14-person Product / Engineering / Design org from zero; ran 90+ candidate interviews.
